Our personal trainers incorporate the use of weights, bands, fit balls, ropes etc to keep the workout current and fun. We also use the TRX system of training for an intense, effective workout. Trainers also incorporate Whole Body Vibration training with Power Plates. A 30 minute workout can burn 300-500 calories. We offer Pilates both one-on-one and in small groups. Our Boot Camp is motivating and will jump start your workout routine. Our trainers stay up on the latest in fitness techniques to bring you all the variety and discipline necessary to get you to your fitness goals.
