Julie has been a personal Trainer for 13 years. She takes a no-nonsense approach to fitness. Her goal with every client is to establish complete lifestyle changes that enhance health. She has experience in training all ages and fitness levels. Her clients have ranged in age from 16 to 93, from the unconditioned to the athlete. She believes that every client is unique and their workouts should be designed to specifically fit their lifestyle and goals. Her goal as a trainer is to find that “inner athlete” with each client and make fitness fun, so they continue a lifetime of good health. Julie is also a certified Pilates Reformer & Pilates Mat instructor, Spin instructor and Chek certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach.
